WHAT IS HONEY
Honey, one of the most nutritional and healthy food product, is collected from a thousands types of flowers, by the most hard-workers of the nature ; bees.
The color and flavor of honey differ depending on bees’ nectar source (the blossoms).
Honey is primarily composed of fructose, glucose and water. It also contains other sugars as well trace enzymes, minerals, vitamins and amino acids.
